Upon availing our services, the client consents to adhere to these terms and conditions. Sivas Interiors retains the authority to amend these terms whenever necessary. It is the client’s duty to periodically review these terms to remain informed about any modifications.
Client Responsibilities
The client undertakes to furnish precise and thorough information as requested by Sivas Interiors. Collaborating with our requests and criteria is vital for the smooth execution of the project. Additionally, the client commits to making payments promptly as specified in the agreement and ensuring that decisions or approvals are promptly given to prevent delays in the project.
Payment Terms
A consultation fee may be applied to the client as previously discussed before the consultation. Service fees will be clearly defined in the agreement and could be invoiced as a flat fee, hourly rate, or a percentage of the project cost. Payments are usually structured in installments corresponding to project milestones, with the exact payment schedule specified in the agreement. Any delayed payments may result in additional charges in accordance with the agreement terms.
Project Timeline
While we will endeavor to adhere to the project timeline established with the client, the company cannot be held accountable for delays stemming from factors outside its control. These may include delays due to client decisions or approvals, setbacks from third-party vendors or contractors, and unexpected circumstances or events.
Design Revisions
The client is granted a set number of design revisions outlined in the agreement. Any extra revisions exceeding this limit could result in supplementary fees. Our goal is to guarantee that the ultimate design aligns with the client’s expectations and needs.
Intellectual Property
All designs, concepts, and materials produced by Sivas Interiors are the intellectual property of the company. The client receives a license to utilize the designs solely for the designated project. Unauthorized reproduction or use of the designs for alternative projects without the company’s authorization is not allowed.
Confidentiality
We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the client’s information. The company will not disclose any confidential information without the client’s consent, except as required by law. We are committed to safeguarding our clients’ personal information and building trust.
Warranties and Guarantees
Sivas Interiors will provide services with due care and expertise. Nonetheless, the company does not guarantee that the services will be entirely free from mistakes or flaws. Any warranties or assurances on products or materials utilized will adhere to the manufacturer’s conditions. It is advisable for the client to examine these terms to comprehend the extent of coverage and any restrictions.
Liability
Our liability for any claims related to our services is capped at the amount you have paid. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages .Although we aim to provide our services at the highest standard, we recognize that unforeseen issues can arise.
Termination
In case of a breach of any significant term of the agreement by either party, termination may occur upon written notice if the breach is not rectified within a specified period. Following termination, the client is accountable for payment for services provided until the termination date. These termination terms are established to safeguard both parties and guarantee equitable resolution of any conflicts.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are regulated by and interpreted in line with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sivas Interiors operates. Any disagreements stemming from these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that jurisdiction. Having a grasp of the legal framework aids in expectation management and conflict resolution.
